Club Membership and Race Fees
As we are a 12-month club, there are no seasonal alignments of memberships like you may see in sporting clubs. Instead, we work off a 12-month membership term that aligns directly to the date membership payment is received. The club works off a tiered membership scheme we hope will help benefit the club and also ensure members get value for money based on the amount of times they can attend race meets.

The average club cost across all sports and recreation associations back in 2018 was $225 and fees continue to increase.
Our membership fees come in a few options to cater for all.
Gold Membership Tier
A flat $150 annual fee. This provides:
— A guaranteed source of revenue to the club to help with operating expenses
— 12 months race meets with no additional race fees. Enter as many classes as you like, it won’t cost you anything extra
— Great value for regular race attendees
— Access to the track via our digital lock
– Always on track timing for practice sessions at your convenience
There is also an option for a family membership for 2 adults and 3 children with these gold tier entitlements for $250
Silver Membership Tier
A $60 annual fee. This provides:
— A guaranteed contribution to the club to help with operating expenses
— A flat $10 race meet fee for each meet you attend. Enter as many classes as you like, it won’t cost you anything else
— Great option for those who cannot commit to racing on a regular basis but would still like to help support the club and attend when possible
— ACCESS TO THE TRACK VIA OUR DIGITAL LOCK
– ALWAYS ON TRACK TIMING FOR PRACTICE SESSIONS AT YOUR CONVENIENCE
There is also an option for a family membership for 2 adults and 3 children with these silver tier entitlements for $100

Note: Club Memberships are non-refundable. Your payments go directly to cover our Club costs and investments in track upkeep and other member benefits. If for some unforeseen circumstances you find you can no longer attend or wish to be part of the club, your membership will remain valid for the term of your payment and you are welcome to participate accordingly.
In instances where a membership is revoked due to a severe breach of our Code of Conduct, membership fees will also remain with the club and are non-refundable.
Race Day Fees
Race Day Fees for BORRCCC Club Members:
- Gold Tier Single & Family Members – $0
- Silver Tier Single Members – $10
- Silver Tier Family Members – $10 per participating adult (kids free)
- Junior Tier Members – $0
- Transponder Rental – $5
Race Day Fees for Affiliated Club Members:
- Senior Entry (1 class) – $10
- Senior Entry (each additional class) – $5
- Junior Entry (1 class) – $7
- Junior Entry (each additional class) – $5
- Transponder Rental – $5
Race Day Fees for All Others:
- Senior Entry (1 class) – $15
- Senior Entry (each additional class) – $5
- Junior Entry (1 class) – $7
- Junior Entry (each additional class) – $5
- Transponder Rental – $5
